Caffini Trailed Synthesis
Synthesis sprayers are advanced trailed mist-blower solutions featuring a unique tangential airflow system, designed to enhance spraying efficiency while reducing drift and conserving active ingredients. Since 1994, Synthesis has been recognized as the original and only sprayer of its kind, offering environmentally friendly treatments with precise distribution aimed directly at vegetation.
Both models are built for long-lasting use with hot galvanized frames and feature advanced airflow control for precise and efficient application. Whether you prefer the reliable performance of the classic Synthesis or the cutting-edge technology of the Smart Synthesis Hybrid, these sprayers deliver superior results while supporting sustainable agriculture.
Synthesis
This model incorporates tangential airflow technology with front suction to ensure targeted spray application and minimal drift. Its hot galvanized frame and 2-speed gearbox with neutral provide durability and reliable performance. The compact compensated motorized valve distributor with manual pressure adjustment, self-cleaning filter, and isometric manometer ensures precise control. Additional features include a low-volume kit with TXB nozzles for reduced water usage, double brass nozzles with no-drip devices, an automatic premixer for consistent product mixing, and a choice between aluminum or brass pumps. The stainless steel tube under the frame adds structural support, while the adjustable parking jockey wheel improves maneuverability.Smart Synthesis Hybrid
As a groundbreaking innovation, the Smart Synthesis Hybrid replaces traditional mechanical transmission with a state-of-the-art electric drive system for improved efficiency and sustainability. Equipped with an autonomous 400V electric generator and ultrasonic sensors to detect canopy density in real time, this model provides variable rate application using PWM nozzles. The electrically driven fan with tangential airflow adapts automatically to different growth stages, ensuring optimal product deposition and minimal drift. Key features include a diaphragm pump, electric airflow adjustments, a dedicated ECU control box, and electric drives for fan control, minimizing the need for human intervention while maintaining high treatment quality.
